  • At Southern Living Balloon Co., we offer a variety of balloon designs including Grab-n-Go Garlands, Grand Stairwell Garlands, Balloon Towers, Balloon Walls, Balloon Arches, and All-Inclusive Balloon Displays. We also provide a range of a-la-carte add-ons such as foil balloons, jumbo balloons, and personalized balloons to enhance your event.

  • To provide a quote, we need details such as your event date, location, theme, and the type of balloon designs you're interested in. This helps us tailor our proposal to fit your vision and budget.

  • We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability and to give us ample time to plan and execute your balloon designs perfectly.

  • The listed prices cover the balloon designs and materials. Please note that delivery and installation are not included but can be arranged separately if needed. 

  • Delivery and installation services are available upon request and are not included in the listed prices. These can be arranged separately to ensure everything is set up perfectly for your event.

  • We strive to accommodate last-minute requests when possible, but availability may vary. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your urgent needs and any additional fees that might apply.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust our plans accordingly and inform you of any applicable fees.

     

  • To keep your balloons looking their best, avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat. Grab-N-Go balloons should remain bagged until the day of the event, stored in a cool, dry, dark place if possible. On the event day, we’ll handle the setup to ensure everything looks perfect for your guests. Southern Living Balloon Co. is not responsible for balloons that are lost or damaged due to improper storage or extreme weather conditions.
